The Bently Nevada 330500-02-00 is a piezoelectric velocity sensor designed specifically for absolute vibration monitoring of industrial rotating machinery. Featuring a solid-state design and integrated electronics, it converts mechanical vibration into an electrical signal proportional to the vibration velocity. This sensor utilizes the piezoelectric effect, sensing vibration through a piezoelectric ceramic element and generating a signal. Internal signal processing circuitry amplifies and integrates this signal, resulting in a low-noise voltage output.The Bently Nevada 330878-91-00 is a 3300 XL 50 mm Proximitor eddy-current sensor system designed for vibration and displacement monitoring in industrial rotating machinery. Consisting of a 50 mm probe, extension cable, and proximitor sensor, the system offers an exceptionally long linear range of 27.9 mm (1100 mils), making it ideal for measuring differential expansion (DE) or rotor expansion (Rx) in large steam turbine generators. With a sensitivity of 7.87 mV/μm (200 mV/mil) and factory precision calibration, it provides high-accuracy measurements. The sensor system supports panel and DIN rail mounting, with system lengths of 5 or 9 meters. It is compatible with the Bently Nevada 3500 module and other vibration monitors. It features excellent electromagnetic shielding to resist strong radio frequency interference, and the operating temperature range for the probe is -40°C to +177°C, while the operating temperature range for the proximitor sensor is -40°C to +85°C. It is suitable for measuring shaft vibration, axial displacement and speed of large rotating machinery such as steam turbines, water turbines, fans and compressors, and is widely used in industrial sites such as power plants, chemical plants and oil refineries.The Bently Nevada 330102-00-20-10-02-00 is a 3300 XL 10 mm proximity probe designed for vibration and displacement monitoring in industrial rotating machinery. It is a non-contact eddy current sensor system. By measuring the relative displacement between the rotating shaft and the probe tip, this probe can monitor shaft vibration and position changes in real time. It offers high accuracy, a wide frequency response, and excellent environmental adaptability, enabling stable operation in harsh environments such as high temperatures and oily conditions.
Key features of this probe include high-precision measurement with a linearity error within ±1%; a wide frequency response range for capturing high-frequency vibrations; and high-temperature resistance suitable for operating in environments ranging from -50°C to +150°C. It also integrates seamlessly with Bently Nevada's 3500/3700 monitoring systems and can also be used independently.
