Sampling frequency: The sampling frequency can be configured according to application requirements, generally between thousands and tens of thousands of times per second, such as the sampling frequency range of 1kHz - 10kHz, which can meet the requirements for effective collection of analog signals with different dynamic characteristics.
Working voltage range: Usually works in a stable DC voltage range, such as 20-30V DC. This voltage range is to adapt to the standard power supply in the industrial control system, ensure that the module can work stably, and have a certain tolerance to a certain degree of power supply voltage fluctuation.
Working Mode
Signal acquisition mode: Each analog input channel receives an analog signal (such as a 0-10V voltage signal or a 4-20mA current signal) from a sensor through an external connection interface. After the signal enters the module, it first passes through the signal conditioning circuit to filter and amplify the signal (if necessary) to remove noise interference and adjust the signal to a suitable range, and then the analog signal is converted into a digital signal through the analog-to-digital conversion circuit. The converted digital signal is stored in the buffer area inside the module, waiting for further processing or transmission.
