Product Description
The Velomitor CT velocity sensor is a low-frequency version of the standard Velomitor piezoelectric velocity sensor. It is specifically designed to measure the case vibration velocity of cooling tower and air-cooled heat exchanger fan assemblies that operate at speeds of 90 rpm or greater (100 to 300 rpm is typical). The sensor measures the amplitude of vibration at these frequencies, as well as the vibration frequencies generated by the fan motor and reducer.
