The GE Fanuc IC694MDL758 Discrete Output Module is a positive logic discrete output module for the RX3i
PacSystems PLC system. This module provides an output signal interface between external output devices
and the RX3i controllers. The IC694MDL758 Output Module provides 32 discrete outputs in 2 isolated groups
of 16 outputs each. Each group common has an integral “fault recovering” protection against short-circuits
that works by generating and relaying ESCP fault reports within a group to the RX3i CPU. The IC694MDL758
Output Module also sends fault reports to the CPU when there is a loss of field-side power within a group.
The IC694MDL758 Output Module can provide either positive logic or source type outputs, which are capable
of switching user load loads over a 12 to 24 Volts DC range and it can also source currents of up to 0.5 Amps
per point.
