Installation environment

Engineer the inverter stage together with its DC source, control hardware and motor.

Isolate AC/DC sources, wait at least ten minutes and confirm discharge before opening the drive.
Provide the approved cooling airflow and enclosure arrangement for the selected duty.
If supplied from AC, use the matching rectifier and input line reactor arrangement.
For parallel output modules, apply the specified output-sharing chokes and system derating.

Retain the approved installation drawing and record the controlled acceptance checks.

Compatibility confirmation

Match the complete item, actual connections and required installed function.

DC supply arrangement: Confirm the actual DC source and the complete drive-system power architecture.
Motor duty: Choose normal or heavy duty from the required current, torque and overload profile.
Environmental basis: Check ambient temperature, altitude and switching frequency before using tabulated ratings.
Braking hardware: Configuration 2 has no internal brake transistor; design the braking arrangement separately.
Parallel operation: Use a permitted module combination with matching control and sharing components.

Accept the complete installed drive only after the approved motor, protection and control tests.
