Installation and selection boundaries

The 350 A / 200 kW normal-duty figure requires undocked mounting and ambient temperature no higher than 35°C.
The docked overload rating also has a 35°C ambient limit.
Confirm every attached control unit, rectifier and accessory separately in the quotation.

Installation environment

Identify rectifier mounting before selecting the continuous-current and overload ratings.

Disconnect all supplies, wait at least ten minutes and confirm the DC bus is discharged before access.
Record whether the rectifier is docked directly to the inverter or independently mounted.
Provide the specified airflow and verify ambient temperature at the installation.
Check all separately required control, rectifier and reactor components before commissioning.

Retain the approved installation drawing and record the controlled acceptance checks.

Match the complete item, actual connections and required installed function.

Mounting arrangement: Choose the docked or undocked rating that matches the actual rectifier installation.
Supply conversion: Use the correct DC source; an AC-fed system also needs the approved rectification and input reactor.

Motor selection: Compare motor voltage, duty current and overload demand with the complete-system limits.
Supplied components: Treat attached control or rectifier components as separate scope unless explicitly included.

Record mounting, thermal conditions and completed motor-control tests before returning the drive to service.
