How many field circuits does 8623-FT-IS terminate?It provides connections for up to sixteen channels through sixteen field-terminal pairs linked to the I/O module connectors. Keep the pair assignments consistent with the installed module configuration.
In what order are 8623-FT-IS and its electronic module installed?Attach the field terminal to the module carrier first, then mount the compatible I/O module on it. This keeps the terminal seating and module connection in the intended arrangement.
