Product Description:
The robot control system commands are accepted via the drive bus and status messages are sent to the robot controller.The communication is monitored using the Watchdog connector, in the event of a failure communication is initiated by short-circuit braking.
The KPS600 consists of:
Mains contactor
Power module with starter system
Ballast connection including a short-circuit braking relay electrical
Brake button (together for all 6 axes and separately for 2 axles additional)
DSE-IBS interface and servo machine
Battery charging connector, buffering voltage off,distribution of 24 V voltages
Monitoring of inter-mains
Turning off the fans (output), monitoring the fans (entrance)
Coupling into the safety system
Temperature monitoring
