Product Description
The MV1000 YPHS31122-1D is a Yaskawa medium-voltage power cell module used in the FSDrive-MV1000 drive system. It works as a key power conversion unit in the cascaded H-Bridge structure, handling AC/DC power conversion and supplying stable output for industrial motor control applications. The module supports a 9/17 level PWM output waveform, with about 97% efficiency and a power factor above 0.95 at rated load. It supports open-loop and closed-loop vector control, as well as V/f control methods. The unit operates with forced air cooling and supports an operating temperature range of -5°C to +40°C, with operation up to +50°C under derating conditions. It provides 110% overload capacity for 1 minute and 120% overload capacity for 15 seconds. The module uses a cascaded H-Bridge main circuit type and is used in applications such as pumps, fans, conveyors, and other industrial motor systems that require stable medium-voltage drive operation.The MV1000 YPHS31122-1D also supports power cell monitoring and modular operation within the drive system.
