Model decoding – 200151 = accelerometer interface standard cable, connectors on both ends. 60 = 6.0 meters (19.7 ft) cable length. 03 = blue cable with armor. 00 = standard coupling nut.
General – Interface cable for connecting 20015x series accelerometers to Trendmaster ProTIMs, Trendmaster 2000 system, 1900/25 and 1900/27 monitors. Provides reliable signal transmission between accelerometer sensors and monitoring or data acquisition modules. Designed for high-reliability machinery monitoring and vibration analysis in turbines, motors, compressors, and pumps.
Construction – 4-conductor, 22 AWG with braided shield and drain wire (85% coverage, minimum), PVC outer jacket. Stainless steel braided armor. Nickel-plated coupling nuts. Connectors are molded to the cable.
Environmental ratings – IP67 environmental rating (dust-tight and withstands immersion). Operating temperature range: –20°C to +100°C (–4°F to +212°F). May be used at lower temperatures if installation prevents flexing or bending; flexing below –20°C may damage the cable. Connectors provide an IP67 seal to transducers and mating hardware.
Mechanical – Minimum bend radius: 63.5 mm (2.5 in). Weight: approximately 0.69 kg (1.52 lbs). Coupling nut type: standard.
Certifications – RoHS compliant; CE marked for electrical safety. China RoHS: EFUP designation of 15 years.
Special features – Armored blue cable provides enhanced mechanical durability for harsh industrial environments. Shielded construction reduces electromagnetic interference. Enhanced coupling nut option (Option C = 10) provides better grip for tightening; not applicable to this model (00 = standard).
