Product Description
The Bently Nevada 330880-28-15-042-00-02 is a PROXPAC XL Proximity Transducer Assembly used for monitoring shaft vibration, axial position, runout and displacement on rotating machinery. It combines a 3300 XL 8 mm proximity probe with an integrated 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor, allowing the field wiring to connect directly to monitoring equipment without requiring a separate Proximitor housing. The assembly uses a self-contained structure that simplifies installation in industrial machinery monitoring systems.This configuration includes a 3300 XL 8 mm probe with multiple approvals, a 1.5 in (38 mm) standoff adapter, a 4.2 in probe penetration, no fittings with two plugs and two washers, and a 3/4-14 NPT mounting thread. The system follows the standard electrical performance of the 3300 XL 8 mm series, with a scale factor of 200 mV/mil (7.87 V/mm), a linear range of 80 mils (2.0 mm) and a required supply voltage of -17.5 VDC to -26 VDC.The unit is commonly installed on compressors, turbines, pumps and other critical rotating equipment where continuous shaft condition monitoring is required.
