Engineered for extreme operating conditions, it withstands -40°C to +175°C environments with IP67-rated components resistant to oil, steam, and high-pressure washdowns. The system integrates seamlessly with Bently Nevada's 3500 monitoring platforms, providing 4-20mA + dynamic AC output for both protection and diagnostic analysis. Its temperature-compensated electronics ensure measurement stability, while triple-shielded cabling eliminates EMI/RFI interference in electrically noisy plants. Compliant with API 670/ISO 7919 standards, this solution is essential for steam turbines, compressors, and hydro generators in power and oil & gas industries. The Bently Nevada 330902-00-15-10-02-05 Proximity Probes features NEMA 4X-rated connectors and enables early detection of thrust bearing wear, rotor float, and other axial displacement faults through Keyphasor® referenced trending.
