Product Description
The Bently Nevada 3500/32M 149986-02B is a 4-channel relay module used in the 3500 Machinery Protection System for alarm and control applications. It provides four independent relay outputs, with each channel able to be programmed separately according to different machine protection requirements. The module supports configurable Alarm Drive Logic using AND and OR logic, allowing alarm signals such as Alert, Danger, Not OK status, and individual monitor channel outputs to control relay actions. It can be configured through the 3500 Rack Configuration Software for specific operating conditions. Each relay uses SPDT contacts and supports Normally Energized or Normally De-energized operation. The module includes status indicators such as OK LED, TX/RX LED, and channel alarm LEDs for easier system checking. With typical power consumption of 5.8 watts, epoxy-sealed relays, and operation from -30°C to +65°C, it is commonly used in power plants, oil and gas facilities, and industrial machinery monitoring systems.
