The IC693MDL240 is a 120 volt AC input module from GE Fanuc. It is for the series 90-30 Programmable
Logic Controllers. This module has 16 input points that share a single common power input terminal. These
16 circuits are reactive inputs – they have a resistor and a capacitor. When there is current travelling into an
input point, there will be a reading of logic 1 in the input status table (%I). The input module is functional with
a range of different input devices. For example, the user can operate it with limit switches or pushbuttons,
as well as electronic proximity switches.
