Product Description
Application Control Layer Module IS215ACLEH1C was produced by General Electric under the
EX2100 series and is mostly obsolete at this point. This model has two sets of LED indicators, one
set is status indicators while the other sets are fault indicators. The indicators are ENET, OK, Active,
Status, and Flash, each LED has a different function, for example, the ENET LED will blink when
the Ethernet is transmitting data.
Some of the hardware features that the IS215ACLEH1C has are Ethernet connectivity capabilities,
serial ports COM1, and COM2 as well as 8 MB of dynamic random access memory (DRAM).
The IS215ACLEH1C model has a bus target interface which will typically provide a bridge between
the ACL local bus ISA controller and the PCI bus. This interface also has the capability to connect up
to four local bus devices but only three are used in the drives.
