Product Description
The 31000-00-00-15-023-01-02 Proximity Probe Housing Assembly is used to mount and protect proximity probes on rotating equipment for vibration and shaft position monitoring. This version is supplied without a probe or extension cable, allowing it to be combined with compatible monitoring components already installed in the system. It includes a 1.5-inch standoff adapter, 2.3-inch probe penetration, one 3/4-14 NPT fitting with two plugs, and a 3/4-14 NPT mounting thread. The housing provides a secure mounting point for external probe installation and allows easier access during probe adjustment or maintenance. It complies with API 670 requirements for externally mounted proximity probe housings and supports use with approved transducer systems in hazardous area applications.
