The IC600BF910 Isolated AC Output Module belongs to the GE Fanuc Series Six product line of modules.
It provides switching capabilities between the loads and the power supplies of the users’ industrial machines.
It has 6 optically-isolated outputs which use TRIACs as switching devices. The outputs are updated during each
I/O scan of the CPU. Since the module has an isolated output circuit, each output circuit can use a separate power
source. The LED status indicators which display the status of the connected outputs and circuit fuse, are useful
as protection and monitoring devices. The IC600BF910 Isolated AC Output Module requires 5 Volts DC and 460
milliamps of power to operate. The power is supplied by the I/O rack power supply.
The IC600BF910 Isolated AC Output Module has 20 Amps of maximum inrush current for 33 milliseconds.
It has 6 LEDs that turn on to indicate active coils in the output circuits. Before installation, make sure that the 6
outputs are establishing proper correspondence with the output terminals by adjusting the dual inline package
switch on the backplane of the I/O rack or GE Model 60 CPU rack. The terminals of the module accept one
12 AWG gauge wire or two 14 AWG wires. During wiring, make sure to connect the high side of the voltage
source to the appropriate high terminal on the module. The IC600BF910 Isolated AC Output Module can be
used in a variety of industrial applications such as motor control centers and solenoid systems.
